Our Story
In April of 2021 three friends, Casey Donovan, Steve Hossack, and Rory Allen, came together to start Yukon Unguided. Our goal was to capture our hunting and fishing adventures in the Yukon as memories for us all to look back on. We also hoped that by telling our story, we might inspire others in their outdoor pursuits.
Since then, we have been lucky to partner up with the Yukon Government for hunters education video projects, and speaking engagements. We are currently working with Cabelas Canada to provide photo and video content for them, with aims of encouraging and teaching ethical hunting and fishing practices.
This is the Yukon, and we’re doing it Unguided.

Respect for Wildlife Campaign
We feel incredibly fortunate for the privilege to hunt, fish, and explore the vast landscapes that the Yukon has to offer. In attempt to give back to the beautiful territory that continues to inspire us, we are starting a fundraiser through the sale of our merchandise.
10% of all proceeds from Yukon Unguided merch will be donated directly to conservation initiatives in the Yukon. This year, we’ve got our eyes on donating to the Yukon Fish and Wildlife Enhancement trust; who’s mandate is to protect and enhance Yukons fish, wildlife, and natural habitats.
Why 10%?
We believe that donating 10% of our annual sales will allow for sustainability in business, enabling us to cover our over head cost, and have just enough money left over to be able to re-invest, so that we can give as much money possible back to the territory. We have a life long, vested interest in helping to keep the Yukon territory truly wild, and we hope that you do too.
